No visible Code, but judging by the labels, this might be a deadwax candidate. Anyone know for sure?

William, The flip side label has R&R Recording Studio, Houma, LA at the bottom. Houma is about an hour or so south west of NO off Hwy 90. While by no means definitive, I would doubt Cosmo had any involvement with it. Then again, many a strange thing occurred back in those days so I may well be proved wrong (hopefully as it would be a cool addition). Odd, the different labels though. Perhaps the successful bidder is a forum member and we will all know for sure shortly. Either way, good eye William!

My apologies for not checking 45cat first. Sorry for getting hopes up.
I'd read about Tardo's ordeal through some local papers while I was looking this one up. What a nutjob.
